A4: For in-stock products, we ship within 15 days. For customized products, the shipping time may extend based on your specific customization requirements, production complexity, and current production schedule. We will communicate with you in detail to determine a reasonable delivery time.

For bulk orders, we typically ship via sea freight, which takes approximately 20-30 days.

For smaller orders, we use express delivery, which takes 5-7 days.
